Customer Account Manager - Champion of Customer Satisfaction

Location: Halstead | Salary: Starting £28,000 | Own transport required due to rural location | Immediate Start Available | 2-Stage Interview Process

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer queries - your voice will be the one they trust.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs, trade requirements, and process orders.
  • Educate customers on how to manage their orders via our system - empower them!
  • Plan lead times and prioritise customers based on storage and order urgency.
  • Maintain real-time communication to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Spot customer trends and act on them.
  • Amend and cancel customer orders as needed.
  • Create order packs and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Handle general admin duties including filing, emails, printing labels, and inputting data.
  • Update SKU numbers and maintain system accuracy.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time - your coordination will be key to keeping everything moving.
Qualifications & Qualities
  • A friendly, lively personality with a can-do attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Someone who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to challenge the norm.
  • Confidence to stand your ground and advocate for your customers.
  • Ideally, some experience in people management or leading a team.
