Job summary
A reputable client in Wellingborough is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to promote a safe work environment and develop safety policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must hold a NEBOSH certification. This permanent position offers a salary of £35,000 per annum with 33 days holiday including bank holidays.

- Developing safety policies.
- Creating / reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
- Conducting site inspections.
- Providing training to staff on safety protocols, health risks and good HSE practices.

Education
We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough (NN8) who require a HSE Coordinator to join their team.
The position is a permanent role paying £35,000 per annum.
Monday - Friday: Day Shift (37.5 hours per week)
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a HSE Coordinator / Advisor within a manufacturing environment.
- Promoting a safe work environment in line with NEBOSH standards
- Developing safety policies
- Creating / reviewing risk assessments and method statements
- Conducting site inspections
- Provide training to staff on safety protocols, health risks and good HSE practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment
- Must be NEBOSH certified
