Job Title: Junior Warehouse Administrator
Location: Harlow

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for logistics? We’re looking for aJunior Warehouse Administratorto join our clients growing team and to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

About the Role

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll take the lead on internal tasks to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Administrator to:

  • Organise customer orders and prepare pallets
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries with transport providers
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment arrangements
  • Manage order processing and provide responsive support
  • Source proof of delivery documents and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
