SMSTS Site Foreman – Ongoing Work (Fawley)

Location: Fawley, Hampshire. Role: SMSTS Site Foreman. Contract: Ongoing. Sector: Construction / Industrial / Infrastructure.

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced SMSTS Site Foreman for a long-term position on a busy site in Fawley. This is an ongoing role with consistent work for the right candidate. Work will be on the largest oil refining facility in the United Kingdom and one of Europe’s most complex petrochemical sites. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while coordinating trades and reporting to site management.

• Oversee and coordinate daily site activities
• Supervise subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
• Liaise with site managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of site progress and incidents
• Support the smooth running of day-to-day site operations

• Valid SMSTS certification
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in a construction or industrial setting
• CSCS card (required)
• First Aid at Work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
