Job summary
A leading company in the financial services sector seeks an Agile Project Leader for a 6-month contract. This role requires expertise in Agile coaching, specifically using the Spotify model, and includes travel between the UK and Belgium. The successful candidate will play an essential role in enhancing squad agility and driving Agile practices.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as an Agile coach.
- Experience with the Spotify model and coaching Agile squads.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and feedback to Agile squads during planning sessions.
- Implement Agile techniques to improve squad agility.
- Work as a coach and practitioner using Scrum and Kanban.

Endeavour is looking for an Agile Project Leader to join a global, reputable client, in the financial services industry, for an excellent 6 months contract opportunity.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years demonstrable experience as an Agile coach and will have worked on projects using the Spotify model.
This role will be based 50% UK and 50% Belgium, so readiness to travel between UK and Belgium is essential.
Required skills / experience:
- Provide sit-in coaching & feedback to Agile squads during planning sessions
- Identify & implement appropriate Agile techniques to improve the squads Agility
- Experience with Scrum & Kanban & Continuous Integration tools as a coach & practitioner
- Experience with Agile product management
