Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an organized and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join a busy office-based team in Derby. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and processing orders. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. Customer Service Advisor
Location: Derby DE22
Pay: £12.47 per hour - weekly pay
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (1-hour lunch). Finish at 4:30 pm one day each week.
Contract: Temporary until February 2026

- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage your own workload
- Previous office or call-handling experience is desirable but not essential
