Job Description

1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
3. Managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing
4. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
6. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Continuously improving through feedback

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:

1. Strong administrative skills, with an eye for detail
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. A proactive approach to problem-solving
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
5. An understanding of customer service principles and practices
6. A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
