A respected pensions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Transition Client Relationship Manager to ensure seamless onboarding of Defined Benefit pension schemes. Our client is a highly respected pensions provider that’s expanding its specialist transitions team — and they’re looking for an experienced Transition Client Relationship Manager to play a key role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pensions professional who thrives on client interaction, complex project delivery, and seeing tangible results from their work.
As the Transition Client Relationship Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for trustees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the transition process. You’ll oversee all aspects of scheme onboarding — from data migration and benefit specification to member communications — ensuring delivery against agreed budgets, timescales, and quality standards.
