Senior Java Engineer – Trading Systems

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in London office)

Salary: Up to £125,000

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle of FX trading systems, from analysis and design to deployment and support.
• Design, build, test, and integrate new trading platform features, while also enhancing existing solutions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure seamless execution in high-frequency trading environments.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to align technology with trading strategies and business objectives.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in Core Java development.
• Experience in building trading systems or working in financial markets.
