Qualifications

- Experience in a corporate or high-volume kitchen is essential.
- A basic DBS and adverse credit check are required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Lead service on hot, cold, or event-based sections.
- Prepare high-quality dishes to corporate dining standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Manage junior kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
- Maintain strict food safety and allergen controls.

- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Leading service on hot, cold, or event-based sections as required
- Preparing high-quality dishes to corporate dining standards
- Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Managing junior kitchen staff and delegating tasks
- Maintaining strict food safety, allergen controls, and HACCP compliance
- Assisting with menu planning and event preparation during peak periods
- Basic DBS
- Adverse Credit Check

- NVQ Level 2 Food Safety
- Allergen Awareness Certificate
- Previous Sous Chef experience in a corporate, hotel, or high-volume kitchen
- Strong understanding of hygiene, allergen legislation, and HACCP processes
- Pay rate: £18.45 per hour (PAYE)
- Monday–Friday corporate kitchen hours
- Temporary cover for increased workload and events
