Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client

- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty

- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge

- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand

- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- We are looking for someone with three years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.

- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise colours and styles

- Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning colour

- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients

- Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
