Job Description:
Qatar Airways is recruiting for the role of Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Business Intelligence team.
Based in London, you will support revenue performance within the European region, focusing on structural and tactical initiatives such as fare products, incentive programs, and tactics across Europe.
Your responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing returns on revenue-steering actions to drive improvements and recalibrate tactics, products, and incentive/sales programs.
Specific Accountabilities include:
- Leading analysis of revenue data to identify improvement opportunities for campaigns, fare products, and incentive programs.
- Communicating with Sales and Marketing teams to focus on opportunities, providing insights on KPIs, market trends, and performance of products/incentives across distribution channels.
- Engaging with HQ regarding structural and tactical products and fares.
- Leading projects to enhance sales effectiveness, setting objectives, and measuring performance.
- Collaborating with regional and country leaders to execute CBI strategy.
- Researching industry trends and new business opportunities to identify revenue growth potential.
- Training junior staff in analytics, tools, and modeling.
- Understanding market segments and customer behavior to develop action plans for incremental value.
- Conducting complex analyses and building templates for efficiency.
- Establishing relationships with stakeholders and educating them on analytical decision-making and risk evaluation.
Qualifications
External Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant analytical experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data insights and providing actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Candidates must have legal rights to work in the UK.
