- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

- Monitor KPIs, set objectives, and report performance to senior management.
- Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and industry regulations at all times.
- Current/ previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential.

- £40,000 basic salary.
- £60,000+ uncapped OTE

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week, and Sundays on a rota (typically 1 per month).
