Overview

Sales Development Representative (Telco) – Whiteley
Commutable from Hedge End, Botley, Swanwick, Titchfield, Fareham, Southampton, and Portsmouth
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + OTE of 60,000+ in Y1 + Progression + Training + Hybrid Working

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Telesales SDR with some understanding of telco's to join a financially-backed start up offering brilliant training, career development, and a great commission structure. This company is part of a much larger group and you would be the first dedicated SDR in the company in their brand new offices in Whiteley.

Responsibilities

• Call a database of potential clients and arrange further calls with the MD.
• Receive full sales training and use a provided script to start earning commission quickly.
• Potential progression to BDM or Team Lead within 3–6 months depending on performance and career path.
• Maintain a high activity level (e.g., 200+ calls per day) in a busy sales environment.
• Utilise Telecoms or IT sales experience to contribute to team goals.
