A financial services recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in financial services, a deep understanding of investment and pension solutions, and excellent networking abilities. This role offers the chance to work with high-net-worth clients and establish strong relationships within the industry, representing the firm at events and securing new business opportunities.
Our client is looking for a proven financial services business development professional to join their Wealth Management team in the Midlands/London. This is a senior role for someone with a strong track record in generating new high-quality client opportunities and building lasting relationships with introducers, high-net-worth individuals, and professional partners. Applications from outside the UK financial services industry will not be considered.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind new client acquisition in your region. You'll work alongside our financial planners to identify, secure, and onboard new clients while strengthening our professional introducer network. You'll represent the company brand at events, seminars, and networking functions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to tailored, relationship-led wealth management.
