Purpose

At LiveMore, we care passionately about our customers. As a Telephone BDM you are customer-centric, sales-orientated, well organised and have excellent attention to detail. This role is the first point of contact for our broker customers, so you will deliver exceptional customer service in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Generation : Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities from your broker panel, with a strong focus on increasing lead volumes and driving commercial growth.
  • Sales Execution : Use telephone and digital channels to uncover wider opportunities beyond the immediate case, ensuring every broker interaction is maximised for revenue potential.
  • Opportunity Qualification : Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying potential and progressing them through the sales funnel.
  • Broker Engagement : Build strong, commercially focused relationships with brokers, understanding their needs and positioning LiveMore’s solutions to unlock maximum value.
  • Sales Enablement : Create and pass high-quality opportunities to Key Account Managers, supporting them in converting leads into revenue-generating deals.
  • Performance Monitoring : Maintain accurate CRM records and report against KPIs, ensuring visibility of pipeline, conversion rates, and income growth.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with field KAMs, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless broker journeys and high service standards.
  • Market Awareness : Stay informed on competitor activity, broker feedback, and market trends to inform tactical sales decisions.
  • Compliance : Ensure all sales activity adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in mortgage sales or financial services, with a strong emphasis on telephone-based business development.
  • Demonstrated success in growing new business volumes and increasing income from a broker panel.
  • Strong ability to influence and convert over the phone, with a commercial mindset and a focus on results.
  • Skilled in identifying and qualifying opportunities, with a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and comfortable managing a high volume of broker interactions.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; able to report and act on performance data.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and the regulatory environment.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, KPI-driven sales environment.
