Lab Operation Site Manager(UK)

Customer Service Management:
- Provide technical support through visits, training, calls, and conferences.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders and maintain efficient communication with customers.
Project Management:
- Deliver projects that meet customer specifications and timelines, focusing on stability, performance, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
- Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
Site Logistics Handling:
- Engage with lab tasks as needed and manage external resources critical to project delivery.
- Ensure proper data recording and contribute to the cloud database.
Qualifications:
- MS Degree or higher in Biological or Life Sciences preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of lab management experience, with a customer-facing role.
- Experience in the molecular breeding industry is a plus.
- Strong customer with high proactivity.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
