Senior Site Manager – Gloucester

Up to £70,000 + excellent benefits

Large multi-phase housing scheme | Permanent

I'm looking for a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a well-backed, multi-phase residential development near Gloucester. It’s a busy site with good support and a clear build programme; the company has a solid name in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the day-to-day site operations and managing the team on a large housing project
• Keeping things on track with programme, quality, and health & safety
• Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to keep the site moving smoothly
• Taking care of paperwork, reporting, and keeping costs under control
• Reporting to the Build Manager with the support of an Assistant Site Manager

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering volume housing projects (ideally from start through to handover)
• A good handle on site safety, NHBC, quality standards, and build programmes
• Someone confident managing subcontractors and motivating the site team
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid as standard
