Duties include:

• Full site management from start to completion
• Managing programme, quality, H&S, and site teams
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining site standards
• Snagging, inspections, and compliance with building regulations

• Proven new build residential Site Manager experience
• SMSTS, CSCS (Site Management), First Aid
