A leading housebuilder in Yorkshire seeks an organised and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join their expanding team. You will support the Site Manager in overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and facilitating effective communication across departments. We have several opportunities to join a dynamic and exciting developer of choice, who is passionate about building forever quality homes in sought after locations around Yorkshire.
We are looking for organised and motivated Assistant Site Managers in upcoming sites across the Yorkshire area to join our growing team.
You will assist the Site Manager to lead and manage the assigned development when the Site Manager isn’t available, supervising the site to prepare the development from the pre-construction stage to successful build completion within agreed budgets and timeframes for customer move in dates. You will drive a productive and customer focused working environment whilst adhering to safety regulations, high quality standards and meeting all project requirements through to post-build responsibilities. You will effectively communicate across departments to ensure the customer journey plan is followed throughout and provide effective assistance to the Site Manager and supervision of the site to drive the overall success of each site.
