Overview

Involve Recruitment are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Bridgend. This role will involve full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

The position would suit a proven Site Manager with a solid background in new build residential housing, capable of managing subcontractors, maintaining build quality, and driving the programme forward. You will play a key role in coordinating all on-site activities and liaising with the wider construction and commercial teams.

Responsibilities
  • Overall management of the site from start through to completion
  • Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintaining programme and quality standards
  • Coordinating inspections and ensuring works meet building control and NHBC requirements
  • Reporting progress to senior management
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
