Marketing Program Manager

Location: London / Mumbai (hybrid model, flexible working hours)
What are we looking for
You will lead the development and execution of a cohesive, high-impact marketing operations framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
We are looking for the individual embedding consistent processes to ensure marketing operations are run efficiently.
As the strategic owner of global marketing processes, you will define and implement standardised operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will ensure the team seamlessly executes key marketing programmes while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires a leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and guiding cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners. If you are a commercially minded leader with a track record of driving operational excellence and optimising marketing performance, this is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance LR's global marketing strategy.
