Job summary
A dynamic recruitment agency in Borehamwood is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Manager. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, producing various marketing materials, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and strong writing skills. This is an office-based role for someone eager to embed themselves in the business and contribute to its growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally B2B/product-led.
- Confident and resilient, with strong leadership skills.
- Technical curiosity about learning products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy.
- Produce case studies, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Support the sales team with necessary tools.
Skills
Part-Time Marketing Manager
(22-25 hours per week, flexible working pattern)
Borehamwood
Up To £70K Pro Rata (Circa £42K)
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy
- Producing case studies, brochures, product data sheets and sales collateral
- Driving consistency across the brand, both internally and externally
- Working with our design and overseas web team to deliver updates and campaigns
- Supporting the sales team with the tools they need to win business
- Bringing fresh ideas, challenging leadership when needed, and making the business case for marketing initiatives
- A seasoned Marketing Manager (5+ years\' experience, ideally B2B / product-led)
- Someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery
- Technically curious, you don\'t need to be an engineer, but you do need to take an interest in learning technical products
- Confident, resilient, able to hold your own with leadership and take ownership of the marketing agenda
- Strong writing skills as you\'ll be producing plenty of case studies and collateral
- Based within commuting distance of Borehamwood this is an office-based role, working closely with the team
This is not a freelance role, we're looking for someone who wants to embed themselves in our business, get to know our products, and build something lasting.
