We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Klondyke Garden Centre.

Hours: 42.5 per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

Competitive rate: £12.70 per hour.

As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.

• Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas.
• Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre.
• Coaching and developing your team of colleagues in all aspects of their role.
• Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Checking/booking in stock and ordering.
• Till operation and serving customers.
• Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.

• Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about home and garden products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great teamwork.
• Hardworking.
• Shift flexibility including weekends.
• Previous Garden Centre experience desirable.
• Knowledge of EPOS systems desirable.
