A leading disability charity in Bromley is seeking a passionate Service Delivery Leader to support staff and enhance care quality for young adults with learning disabilities. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the service is not registered with CQC as per the guidelines set by the Home Office.

As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
We are looking for a candidate who holds their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 to 16 : 30, with Bank Holidays off.
Next Steps is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence.
