A prominent financial institution in Greater London is seeking a Head of Colleague Experience to lead the organization's internal communications and cultural transformation initiatives. This role requires a visionary communicator with a strong background in Microsoft 365 tools to create engaging colleague experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing internal communications and fostering employee engagement, ensuring collaboration and trust thrive within the workplace. A hybrid work model is available with at least two days in the Coventry office.

The Head of Colleague Experience will be an important leader in the Group, sharing our strategy and vision and a catalyst for embedding our culture - an inspirational storyteller who brings our values to life and fosters a workplace where collaboration, trust and engagement thrive. The role holder will champion employee voice, drive strategic alignment and curate meaningful human connection across the organisation.
The person in post will regularly present to our Group Exec, gaining their confidence and trust around our internal comms and engagement strategy and activation. They will be the deputy for the Head of Communications and will help and support our Exec and senior leadership team to be highly visible and accessible, helping colleagues feel confident and connected to the journey we're on.
Leading internal communications with creativity and clarity, the Head of Colleague Experience will have strong expertise in using Microsoft 365- especially SharePoint and Viva Engage - to create a truly social-first colleague experience. They'll be used to using AI (especially Copilot) and other creative tools including Canva and Capcut to ensure their team delivers dynamic, data-driven and personalised communications.
We operate a team-led hybrid approach with at least 2 days a week in the Coventry office.
