Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant ready to make a positive impact at Burleys Wood, a modern 60‑en‑suite bedroom designed care home situated in the quiet residential suburb of Furnace Green just outside Crawley town centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service, minimising disruption to services users and their care.
• Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues; good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential.
• Work without direct supervision, demonstrating initiative and the ability to maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH‑regulated products.
