Our client is an Automotive Luxury Sports & Classic Car Specialist, and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Kimpton area.

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £40,000.

Benefits:

- Up To £40,000 Basic Salary Depending on Experience
- Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ONLY
- NO Weekends!

Duties:

- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
- Working closely with the Workshop & Parts Departments to ensure a smooth process.

Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment. Furthermore, it’s imperative you demonstrate exemplary customer service, as well as a willingness to enhance your knowledge.

To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
