We are seeking a Head of Projects to lead our projects team in Aberdeen. This is a senior leadership role where you will own and deliver the business unit project plan, drive growth through a strong sales pipeline, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

- Proven track record in delivering complex projects in M&E, FM, construction.
- Experience managing P&L and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at senior levels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Recognised technical or project management qualifications (APM, Prince2, SMSTS, NEBOSH desirable).
