About the role

We’re hiring a PMO – Operations & Execution Lead to sit in the CEO Office and drive execution across high-impact initiatives within the business’ marketplace and commercial operations functions. As the company scales, there are multiple priorities that need structure, pace, and senior-level coordination. This role will bring clarity to “what matters most,” ensure workstreams move forward, and give leadership real-time visibility through strong reporting and dashboards.

This is a hands‑on, proactive role suited to someone who enjoys operating at speed, working independently, and partnering closely with C‑suite and functional leaders to deliver outcomes.

What you will do

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery across marketplace and commercial operations : scoping, project plans, timelines, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
