A leading demolition contractor in the South East is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent position based in Grays, Essex. The role involves overseeing demolition and enabling works packages ranging from £500k to over £5m. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong project management experience in the demolition sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
