Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry, specifically with window and curtain wall systems.
  • Proficient in relevant regulations, standards, and industry guidance.
  • Strong IT skills with MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate design processes, procurement, and site installation.
  • Manage health & safety standards, documentation, and audits.
  • Monitor project changes and report accurately to clients.
  • Prepare cost reports and payment applications for clients.
  • Liaise with site management for progress and issue resolution.
  • Create and deliver site programmes and progress reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of project requirements, specifications and interfaces to coordinate design process, procurement and site installation.
  • Responsibility for H&S standard management, project documentation and site audits.
  • Monitor Project change including accurate reporting to client.
  • Produce and monitor cost reports and submit application for payment to client.
  • Liaise with Site management, monitor progress and assist in resolving installation issues.
  • Produce site programmes and progress reports to client.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Experience of construction industry, window and curtain wall systems
  • Working knowledge of regulations, standards and industry guidance
  • Strong IT competencies, particularly in MS Office 365 including Word & Excel
  • An eye for detail and patience for problem solving.
  • Collaborative approach to project delivery with strong client facing skills.
  • Highly organised with strong record keeping abilities.
