Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple development and production projects. You will manage projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects end-to-end, applying the most suitable project management approach
  • Provide direction and support to cross‑functional project teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
  • Manage project budgets, including labour, materials, and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain project governance and compliance across the project portfolio
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as required
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
Key Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years' project management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams
  • Formal project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or Agile)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience creating and managing project schedules and budgets
  • Ability to adapt to different project management methodologies
  • Financial literacy and risk management capability
  • Desirable: NPI project experience, hardware development experience, bid support experience
