You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing food and beverage projects that align with the brand identity and global guest experience. You will collaborate with branding, operations, F&B, CSR, marketing, and communication teams to ensure food and beverage concepts reflect the brand's values and meet guest expectations across the hotel group.
Key Responsibilities
Development of the Food & Beverage Experience in Line with the Brands:
- Design and coordinate F&B projects aligned with the brand's identity and guest experience standards.
- Work with creative teams to design unique and memorable food concepts that reflect the brand's vision while addressing market trends.
- Ensure the consistency of the F&B experience across all properties considering local specifics while maintaining brand uniformity.
Collaboration with Brand Management and Guest Experience Teams:
- Contribute to the global guest experience strategy related to F&B offerings ensuring a seamless and distinctive experience.
- Work closely with marketing and communication teams to promote new F&B offerings and ensure a cohesive guest experience across all communication channels.
- Ensure that F&B projects are integrated into the overall brand management and guest experience strategy.
Innovation and Performance Tracking:
- Participate in research and innovation regarding F&B trends incorporating guest expectations, sustainability-driven expectations (e.g., Plant Forward, food waste), and market innovations.
- Analyze the performance of F&B projects using customer satisfaction, profitability, and engagement KPIs and propose adjustments to maximize project impact.
- Ensure the implementation of activities that enhance guest engagement and foster customer loyalty.
Management of F&B Launches and Activations:
- Coordinate the global launch of new F&B products or concepts while ensuring local adaptation to meet guest needs and expectations.
- Organize unique F&B activations that align with the brand values and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
- You hold a Master's degree in Management or Marketing and have over 10 years of experience in Marketing.
- You have a strong background in F&B operations and a solid understanding of F&B P&L.
- Your strong affinity with the hospitality industry enables you to navigate its challenges effectively.
Operational Experience in:
- Managing F&B operations including operating models, staffing, franchising, and sustainability initiatives.
- Overseeing procurement and sourcing focusing on developing high-performing products for partners while supporting local sourcing strategies.
- Designing plant-based menus and assessing their carbon footprint to align with sustainability goals.
Your Skills & Profile:
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Your ability to work cross-functionally enables smooth collaboration across various teams.
