You will lead a distributed team across Europe and Asia, with shared time for collaborative activities such as planning, retros, stand-ups, and brainstorming sessions. You will be leading more than one team that owns the core handwriting & note-taking features of our flagship iOS application - Goodnotes 6, which serves over 25 million monthly active users.

1. Impact & Delivery: Ensure the teams deliver high-quality, impactful products.
2. Technical leadership: Contribute to roadmap & strategy, make technical decisions as needed.
3. People management: Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members.
4. Building high-performing teams: Scale and manage engineering teams, potentially extending to other mobile platforms.

1. Experience working on world-class B2C products used by millions.
2. In-depth knowledge of iOS development with extensive hands-on experience.
3. Proven track record managing and leading sizable mobile engineering teams.
4. Involvement in technical details, architecture reviews, providing guidance, or doing PR reviews.
5. Additional pluses include:

• Experience with real-time collaborative productivity products.
• Experience in other mobile platforms (Android, Windows, Web) or technologies like Backend or ML.
• Passion for productivity and emerging technologies in this space.
