Ideal candidate

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales job working in the E-Commerce industry
  • Confident in taking 10 demo calls a day with Merchants
  • Confident in attending conferences around the world and having 100+ conversations from a tiny booth
  • Experience with CRM
  • Experience in a Startup is a plus
  • Experience working for a Shopify app is a plus
  • English- able to communicate without friction
  • French or Spanish is mandatory

  • Ownership - wants to take responsibility. We are looking for someone to take over the SMB market
  • Growth - Your goal is to onboard as many SMB merchants as possible, you should be obsessed by this

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking inbound demo calls with SMB Merchants ($0-$2m revenue / year)
  • Follow up with them
  • Sign them

Work process

  • We try to close merchants daily
  • We’re a micro team
  • We’re currently 3 founders, one of whom is Sales.
  • You’ll be working alongside the sales founder.
  • You have the freedom to work however you like
  • We’re fully remote
  • There’s no fixed working time (CET is our anchor time)
  • Expect to spend ~30 productive hours per week on the project
  • Nobody cares if you moonlight, have a side hustle, or surf during the day — just ship things
  • We have no meetings unless necessary (async chat or Loom preferred)

Compensation

  • 3,000 € monthly base salary (approx. $36,000 / year before tax)
  • Uncapped variable bonus (100% commission on new MRR added monthly) - 100% target would be another $3,000 / month
