• Providing customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional support
• Possibly requiring knowledge of English depending on the workplace

Qualifications:

• Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in customer support (online or in person) is desirable
