NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee – that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.
By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer-centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for BeautyTech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L’Oréal into a “smart company.”
Today NEO Program is at a turning point: shifting from a “design & build & pilots mode” (phase) to a “rollout mode” (phase) to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities.
To support this second phase of the project, the Data Tribe is at the heart: ensure quality of Data, from conception to migration, integrated approach of data for any kind of Master Data.

The scope of this dedicated Data Tribe overviews the full scope of Data from Master Data Management (MDM) to Data Migration. We are also industrializing several tasks to create a more scalable model for roll-out with the Data Migration Factory.
HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:
In the NEO Data Tribe, you will join one of our MDM squads. You are interested in all aspects around the data: Data Design, Data flows, Data governance. You understand the S / Business Partner concept (in particular Supplier and Employee) and its business usage. You will design the S / Data Model, understand how the data is produced upfront in our MDM EBX Tibco system. You will connect all S / satellite applications consuming the data and following the modern architecture best practices (API first).
As an expert, you may later contribute to the maintenance of the applications.
On the NEO Program, we are working with AGILE methodology.
