What You’ll Do :

• Discover and connect with talented candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
• Dive into the exciting world of IT, Technical Sales & Engineering recruitment.
• Create eye-catching job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and help candidates land their dream jobs.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates while growing your professional network.
• Contribute to our online marketing efforts and boost the company’s visibility.
• Take part in diverse HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
• Explore the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For :

• You’re in your final year of studies or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, IT, HR, Psychology, Tourism or a related field.
• You can sign a learning agreement with your university and apply for an Erasmus scholarship.
• You have excellent English skills (C1 level or higher), and speaking additional European languages is a big plus!
• You’re curious, driven, and eager to learn new things.
• You’re a people person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
• You’re proactive, full of energy, and love taking on challenges.
• You aim for excellence and are motivated by achieving results.
