AboutMe Apps is a mobile app developer creating innovative health-tracking solutions. Our apps have been downloaded over 10 million times and rank in the top 200 of the US App Store within the Health & Medical categories. The majority of the Apps are supported by Apple Health and Apple Watch.

We’re a small, driven team with diverse skills and big goals. To support our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can think strategically and execute effectively. You'll have the opportunity to take full ownership and play a key role in our success.

What You’ll Do

As our Growth Marketing manager, you will take full ownership of all marketing efforts — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution and ongoing optimization. You'll lead both paid and organic growth initiatives, driving customer acquisition and conversion across different channels

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels—including Web2App flows and paid media platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with our Product Manager, who owns in-app monetisation mechanics (onboarding flows, paywalls, A / B testing, etc.) to ensure alignment between acquisition and revenue.
  • Owning CAC as your North Star metric, with a strong focus on acquiring users who convert and monetize well — not just clicks and installs.
  • Boosting organic growth through effective ASO (App Store Optimization) and continuous SEO improvements on our website and blog.
  • Identifying and collaborating with external partners, such as agencies, content creators, and freelance talents, to expand our reach and enhance execution.

  • You’re a full-stack marketer with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Ideally, you have proven expertise in mobile app marketing.
  • While we’re open to growing the marketing team, you’re expected to take the lead—launching revenue-generating channels and processes, and building a strong, data-backed case when additional hires are truly needed.
  • You use AI tools daily to boost your efficiency, and you’re constantly exploring and testing new ones.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning ideas into action.
  • You embrace the rollercoaster of startup life—facing challenges with resilience, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • You have strong technical and analytical skills, and you’re comfortable working with ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads; SEO / ASO tools, and product analytics (we use Amplitude and Mixpanel).
