Job Description: B2B Marketing Manager in Online Gaming Sector

We are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies tailored to the online gaming sector. The role involves managing advertising budgets, collaborating with creative teams, organizing promotional activities, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a robust B2B marketing strategy specific to the online gaming industry.
  2. Manage advertising budgets effectively to meet marketing and financial goals.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad creatives, set tasks, participate in brainstorming, and evaluate designs.
  4. Organize promotional activities, PR, SEO, and UX/UI enhancements to increase inbound customer channels.
  5. Work with sales teams to create marketing collateral, presentations, and tools to support sales and revenue growth.
  6. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Research competitors to identify successful user acquisition channels and marketing approaches in e-commerce.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing within the Latam iGaming sector, preferably in FinTech.
  2. Expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, data analysis, and personalization.
  3. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  4. Proven experience in B2B marketing and user engagement.
  5. Proficiency with analytics tools for tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns.
  6. Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  8. Ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
  9. Track record of designing and executing tailored B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  10. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with Google Ads and TikTok advertising campaigns.
  2. Proficiency in Portuguese.
  3. Experience with Amplitude and Tableau for analytics.
  4. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Optimize.
