The North Search International Human Capital Consultant will play a vital role in enabling the organization’s strategic core business through developing and cultivating external talent acquisition. You will partner with our leadership team to support searches and advise on designing and implementing solutions that meet client needs.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates and clients across various countries and industries.
• Design and activate strategic talent channels to build high-impact talent pipelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen and submit candidates, and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective and timely fulfillment of positions.
• Create an excellent candidate experience to enhance employment brand awareness.
• Discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, and job boards, delivering high-quality candidates efficiently.
• Support the optimization of recruiting processes, tools, and systems.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfactory and compliant service standards.

Who You Are

• Experience in recruitment within corporate or consultancy settings.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other related systems and tactics.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter.
• Ability to earn trust and respect across all levels within the company, candidates, and clients by leading by example and maintaining high ethical standards.
