We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician (M / F / D) to join the team of our client a fastgrowing luxury automotive group with a strong presence across the Mediterranean. The position is based at their stateoftheart showroom and workshop in Marbella (Puerto Bans) .

Tasks

Key Responsibilities :

As an Automotive Technician you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical service and support in line with the brands premium standards :

• Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on highend and exotic vehicles.
• Conduct scheduled servicing and mechanical inspections with meticulous attention to detail.
• Install performance and custom parts as per client specifications.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software for precise troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all technical work and service reports.
• Collaborate closely with service advisors workshop managers and sales teams.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and brandspecific protocols.
• Uphold the highest levels of care and discretion when handling luxury vehicles.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Based in Marbella or nearby area (mandatory).
• Fluent English (professional level) and fluent or highlevel Spanish (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an automotive technician ideally within luxury or performance brands.
• Previous experience with Audi or premium automotive brands is a strong plus.
• Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
• High attention to detail precision and commitment to excellence.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset able to thrive in a fastpaced highstandard environment.
