Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommend items and assist with product placement.
• Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Assist with store displays, resets, and product placement.
• Provide photo area services and web order pick-up assistance.
• Support store maintenance and uphold respectful coworker relationships.
• Complete training sessions and special assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of retail experience.
• Prior experience working with Walgreens is preferred.

Note: For San Francisco applicants, qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered per local ordinances.

Salary Range : $15 - $17.5 / Hourly
