Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
• Manage communication initiatives across digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), websites, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D & Sales) to align marketing efforts with business goals and support cohesive campaigns across multiple channels.
• Identify, evaluate, organize, and participate in industry events and trade shows, enhancing the company's presence in relevant markets and providing opportunities for social media content creation.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging findings to adjust strategies and ensure market relevance.
• Create and manage content, including press releases, newsletters, product brochures, blog posts, and social media posts that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive tone and visual identity, particularly across social media channels.
• Design visually engaging graphics and content using Adobe Illustrator and similar tools to support various marketing campaigns and create dynamic visuals for social media and digital ads.
• Develop and manage social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.), ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and targeting the right audience.
• Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and engage online audiences, increasing lead generation and conversion through social media engagement and content.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting content and strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Create dynamic visuals using Motion Graphics or similar tools to support digital campaigns, enhancing the visual storytelling aspect on social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing or communications.
• Expertise in managing and utilizing social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and graphic design principles.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and content creation tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas to life.
• Passion for sustainability and health / wellness initiatives is a plus.
• Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing previous work is required (Behance or similar).
