Responsibilities

• Advise customers and prospects on the use of Marketing Cloud systems, such as Salesforce or Selligent.
• Support technical implementation on systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent, or Emarsys.
• Configure and optimize customers' Marketing Cloud systems.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of customer meetings, workshops, and marketing and sales activities.

Requirements

• Practical experience in a comparable field is more important than a completed degree.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud systems and/or integration of eCommerce systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• HTML knowledge, basic Java, JSP, or PHP skills; experience with Pardot, Datorama, or Interaction Studio are desirable.
• Practical experience with database systems (SQL).
• Ability to clearly present complex information both in writing and orally.
• High reliability, meticulous work style, and ability to support custom solutions quickly and pragmatically.
• Fluency in German and English.
