SAP Application Expert QM (m / f / d)

This is what you can expect :

• Be a key player in international SAP S / 4HANA rollout projects, focusing on the Quality Management (QM) module.
• Analyze and improve quality management processes across the Hero Group using SAP QM.
• Configure and customize SAP QM with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, including quality teams and adjacent SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, etc.).
• Provide expert-level support (2nd level) and guide key users in daily operations.
• Conduct workshops, create training materials, and lead user training sessions.
• Partner with external service providers and contribute to Change Advisory Board decisions.
• Ensure compliance with group-wide IT guidelines and local legislation.
• Contribute to governance, security, and authorization management in SAP.

This is what you need to be successful in this role :

• Ability to customize SAP QM in R / 3; prior exposure to S / 4HANA is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of core quality processes (planning, inspection, notifications, quality control).
• Familiarity with integrations to other SAP modules like MM, PP, and PM.
• Experience in the food industry is advantageous.
• Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Independent, structured work style combined with strong team collaboration.
• Solid English skills are essential; German or other languages are a plus.
