A leading multinational in the FMCG Food industry seeks a Route-To-Market Manager to drive growth through data insights. The role involves strategic analysis and collaboration with commercial teams to enhance business performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in marketing or business, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in business, marketing or trade.
  • Experience in trade, insights incubation and data modelling.
  • High level of English; knowledge of French valued.

  • Identify RTM opportunities by analyzing data.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.

Role :

Reporting to the Route-To-Market Director, Africa :

The Route-To-Market Manager will be responsible for generating insights aimed at capturing growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision making based on the behavior of the trade and sales force.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify RTM opportunities to grow the business by analyzing data and speed up insight ́s generation
  • Work with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from Business performance and Sales team performance (insights incubator)
  • Facilitate and monitor insights generation process
  • Define insights use case strategy
  • Coordinate use case implementation through Learn, Build and Scale
  • Responsible of insights team modelling (data science hub)
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to present findings to support strategic decision making and commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business, Data or strategy.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in business, marketing or trade
  • Experience in trade, insights incubation and data modelling will be considered
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data & open-minded to new technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and team playing skills.
  • The role requires a high level of English to interact with local stakeholders. Knowledge of French will be highly valued
