We are seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to manage daily operations, work closely with the team, and support testing activities. The role involves performing routine tests and developing new testing methods if necessary.

About The Role

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the point of contact with clients and technical / commercial teams.
• Plan and organize work, and approve test reports.
• Evaluate client requests and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and optimize testing methods.
• Execute laboratory tests.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a testing laboratory within the agri-food or food sector).
• Experience in team coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in chromatography; ICP experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards is desirable.
• Native Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a team player attitude.
