We support the Group in adopting innovative, creative, and ambitious solutions to meet future strategic challenges, including applications (SAP S/4HANA), Business Intelligence, Digitalization, Mobility, Artificial Intelligence, Technological platforms, and Change Management.
As part of the Spain Satellite team—comprising companies across Spain, Germany, and the US—and collaborating with central teams based in Paris, you will support the daily SAP activities for VE Spain Pole and handle various challenges.
On SAP daily activities:
- You will receive training in a functional SAP domain (FICO, MM, SD, HR) to support VE Spain Pole end users.
- You will promote and organize SAP initiatives for the Spain end-user community (workshops, training sessions, adoption follow-up).
- You will manage cross-functional IT topics in close contact with VE Spain Business experts, end users, and local IT teams (projects, SAP integration with other tools, support for transversal tools).
- You will actively participate in developing governance and processes alongside the central office and Satellite team, tailoring central initiatives to local needs and contexts.
- You will contribute to the growth of the Satellite team through roadmap and project identification, skills mapping, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduated from Business School, Engineering School, or University.
- Previous experience in IT projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in French is required.
- Knowledge of SAP (FICO/MM/SD modules) or programming languages is a plus.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal qualities include strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, analytical and synthesis abilities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel (local and international trips to business sites and central offices).
